REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VILLEN Golf. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the product. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at returns@villen.golf.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within [NUMBER] business days.
If the product is not in its original condition or packaging, or if it is returned after the 7-day return period, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs or fees associated with international orders.
